Northern Ireland is served by flights into City of Derry Airport, Belfast International Airport and Belfast City Airport. Scheduled air services operate from nearly all major UK airports and there are many direct flights from major European cities.

The city’s airport is serviced by two airlines: Ryanair and Loganair. Direct access to the city airport is available from the following cities: London, Liverpool, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and Majorca.

Coach Operator Aircoach provide a 13 daily shuttle services between Derry and Dublin, via Belfast International and Dublin Airports.

By Boat

Coast to Coast from Scotland to Northern Ireland in an hour!

Northern Ireland has first-class ferry connections with Scotland, England and the Isle of Man bringing  foot passengers and vehicles in via Belfast and Larne.

There is also ferry service available from Wales via Dublin’s two ports, Dublin Port and Dun Laoghaire.

By Bus / Train

Translink operate bus and rail services across Northern Ireland and the Enterprise train from Belfast to Dublin.

Translink work in co-operation with Bus Eireann for cross border bus services and Irish Rail for cross border Train Services.

When you Arrive:

Making your way around Northern Ireland using public transport couldn’t be easier.

Translink operates the Ulsterbus, and NIRailways integrated public transport system – you can reach every corner of every County in a couple of hours.

Translink have an hourly train service from Belfast to Derry.

There will be additional bus services running on Saturday 29th June, which are all due to depart at 23:30 from inside Foyle St Bus Station.  The extra services are as follows:

212 – To Belfast , stopping at Dungiven, Maghera, Magherafelt , Castledawson , Toombe

148 – To Dungiven , stopping at Drumahoe Park and Ride , Claudy , Feeny

143 – To Limavady , stopping at Strathfoyle, Eglinton, Greysteel , Ballykelly

98  – To Strabane, stopping at Newbuildings , Magheramason , Ballymagorry

3N –  To Kilfennan, Gobnascale, Drumahoe, Curryneirin

7N –  To Brandywell, Creggan, Hazelbank , Ballymagroarty, Nelson Drive, Limavady Rd

12N – To Carnhill, Slievemore, Skeoge, Culmore
